Money Savvy Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") is a financial coaching business owned and operated by Adam Freund in Mount Zion, Illinois. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our pages, book a call, complete a form, or work with us as a coaching client, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact information you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking information, such as the appointments you schedule and any notes you add.
  • Coaching information you choose to share, such as your answers to our prep questionnaire and the income, expense, debt, and savings figures in our financial worksheet. We ask for estimates only. Please never send us account numbers, passwords, PINs, or Social Security numbers.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number.
  • Technical information collected automatically by our scheduling and email tools, such as your browser type, device, IP address, and whether you opened an email or clicked a link.

2. How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls and sessions.
  • To prepare for and deliver coaching, including reviewing your prep work and building your plan.
  • To process payments and keep business records.
  • To send you information you've requested, follow-ups, and occasional helpful content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • To improve our services and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so. These include our scheduling, CRM, and email platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our payment processor (Stripe), and our calendar, video meeting, and email provider (Google). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

4. Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders and service-related messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How we protect your information

We use reputable, secure platforms and limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a prospective or active client and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, tax, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
